We do not outsource our instructors through marketplaces. All IMMERSE instructors are part of the CLT team and:

• Hold a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in the target language or related fields
• Have more than 2 years of experience teaching languages using communicative methods
• Demonstrate native or advanced fluency (C1 or ACTFL Advanced-High) in the language they teach
• Instructors participate monthly in professional development workshops, deepening their understanding of our Quality Indicators—used to measure lesson effectiveness and ensure the best learning experiences possible.

Students prepare for live lessons with integrated tools such as:

This preparation ensures the student arrives at class confident and ready to participate.

After class, students have access to notes generated in the classroom. These notes can be saved and organized for reflection and future reference.

Exclusive meetings for companies and open events for the public allow students to practice skills in social environments without pressure, making the transition from training to everyday use more natural.
