Yet language gaps between English- and Spanish-speaking teams were slowing collaboration, limiting confidence in meetings, and reducing engagement in global initiatives.

 

The Solution

IMMERSE partnered with Bosch to deliver a new blended AI + human Fluency Enablement experience designed to boost speaking confidence, increase engagement, and create a culture of continuous language learning across departments.
