Andrés Alba Escamilla

Author, Speaker, HR Executive

Andrés Alba is a Bogotá-born enthusiast about people. He studied Political Science and Journalism and holds an MBA in Innovation and Entrepreneurship. He began his career as a business and economics journalist and later served as a communications advisor for the Colombian government. He has written and published two books about football, his other great passion. In recent years, he has built a career in Human Resources leadership roles within the aviation industry. Alongside his corporate career, he is an author and speaker on HR, communication, and innovation, always conveying a cross-cutting message: people and their vitality as the most valuable asset within any organization
